Turn a folder of test files into repeatable PDF reports
If you rebuild the same report by hand after every test campaign, the work is in the repetition, not the engineering. Here is how to build it once and reuse it, and which parts need a paid plan.

Step by step
Load the test folder and group the files
Point the Dataset panel at the folder. Group files by run, sample or condition so each report section draws from the right files.
Build the report once
In the Report builder add your charts, tables and live formulas, set the page layout, and add a header and footer. Check the numbers against a result you trust.
Save it as a template
Save the report as a template so the next campaign starts from the same layout instead of a blank page.
Record the steps as a workflow
A workflow records your clicks once and replays them on new files, so loading, processing and charting happen the same way every time. Creating workflows needs Pro; on the free tier you can run the bundled example workflows.
Run it across the new files
Use the Batch and data menu to run the workflow and report over a set of files, then export to PDF or PowerPoint. Batch reporting needs Pro.
Keep the numbers traceable
Data Lineage traces a reported value back to its source file and steps, and you can export an audit trail. Teams that need standards-style traceability can look at the Team plan.
What you can do on the free tier
You can build and export a single report, and run the example workflows. Free reports include a small Vizalyze footer. Workflow creation, batch reporting, signal processing and cloud sync are Pro features, and the trial includes all of them for 14 days.
Why this saves time
The time saved comes from not re-doing layout, chart settings and processing steps after every test. The first report takes as long as it always did. Every later one is a run, a quick check and an export.
Frequently asked questions
Can I export reports as PDF and PowerPoint?
Yes. Reports export to PDF and PowerPoint, and to Word and images. Free-tier reports carry a Vizalyze footer.
Do I need to write scripts to automate reports?
No. Workflows are recorded from what you do in the app. If you want custom calculations, Power Mode lets you write and save your own functions.
Which plan do I need for batch reporting?
Batch reporting and workflow creation need Pro. The 14-day trial gives you everything so you can check it on your own files first.
