The plain-language terms for using and buying Vizalyze.

Vizalyze is a desktop application and website (vizalyze.app) made by Dime Apps, an independent software studio based in British Columbia, Canada ("we", "us"). By downloading, signing up for or buying Vizalyze you agree to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Vizalyze under the plan you have: the free tier, a trial, a paid subscription (Pro or Team), a Lifetime licence, or analysis packs. Paid plans include the number of machine activations shown on the pricing page.
Lifetime licences are for individual use and are also governed by the Lifetime Plan Terms. Organisations with two or more users should use the Team plan.
You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the software, remove licence checks, or reverse engineer it except where the law expressly allows.
You can use the free tier without an account. Trials, paid plans and cloud features need an account. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard and keep access until the end of the paid period.
If we change prices, the new price applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you before it takes effect. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Your measurement data stays yours. Vizalyze processes files locally on your computer; cloud sync, report sharing and hosted AI are optional, and the Privacy page explains exactly what each one sends.
Do not use Vizalyze or its online services to break the law, to attack or overload our infrastructure, or to upload content you do not have the right to share.
Vizalyze is in public beta and is provided "as is". We work hard to make its calculations correct, but you are responsible for checking results before relying on them, especially for safety-critical, regulatory or certification decisions.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost data), and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using Vizalyze at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously breach these terms; where we end a paid plan for reasons other than a breach, we will refund the unused part.
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and material changes will be announced in the app or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without limiting any consumer rights you have where you live.
